Psst...I'll tell you a secret! I hate email. If your inbox is anything like mine then it's so full of junk that you don't even know what to do with it anymore. I've signed up for so many freebies that I will never use, so many challenges that I never complete.

I know how it feels to wanna just delete every single email and start from scratch with a new email address just to STOP GETTING SO MUCH USELESS JUNK.

For this reason I'll make you some promises.

First, I will never send you an email just for the sake of sending an email because it's a "smart business move".

Second, I will never send you more than one email a week.
